中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在探討中國對蝦(Penaeus chinensis)餵以添加油脂的飼料之成長反應,以鱈魚肝油╱玉米油(2:1, w/w)為油脂來源配製五種不同油脂含量而等氮,等能量之實驗飼料,飼料之油脂添加量分別為0,2,4,6和8%,成份分析指出飼料中油脂含量的範圍為3.6至11.2%;經過84天的成長實驗,中國對蝦餵食含3.6%脂質的飼料有最大的增重率,其次為餵食含7.4和9.6%脂質的飼料,而以餵食含11.2%脂質之中國對蝦成長最差,餵食各處理組的飼料效率沒有顯著差異(0.25∼0.29),各處理組的中國對蝦活存率為54∼64 %。 |
英文摘要 | Experiement was conducted to evaluate the level of dietary cod liver oil/corn oil (2:1, w/w) mixture needed for maximum weight gain of juvenile Penaeus chinensis. Five isoenergetic and isonitrogenous semipurified diets with wupplementary lipid levels ranging from 0 to 8% in 2% increments were evaluated. Crude lipid analyses indicated that dietary lipid levels ranged from 3.6 to 11.2%. This feeding trial was conducted outdoors with 1500L FRP tanks. After 84 days, juvenile receiving a diet containing 3.6% lipid had the highest percent weight gain, followed by those fed dietary lipid levels of 7.4 and 9.6%. No significant difference in feed efficiency (ranging between 0.25 and 0.29) and in survival (ranging between 54 and 64%) among treatments was observed. |
