中文摘要 | 民國八十二年版的國小數學課程,以注重學生知識形成及學習的過 程,並培養兒童的群體解題文化為主;強調實施配合兒童認知發展的教學。其理 念已呼應了教育改革聲中,重視兒童為主體的教育本質。 數學教學的重點由學科組織邏輯轉向學科發生邏輯;因為家長對新課程的瞭 解、支持或干預,都會影響教師執行實驗教學的信心,所以透過本研究,可以 瞭解家長在數學教學轉型期的想法。 本研究在八十四學年度就第一屆實驗教學之四年級家長、第二屆實驗教學 之三年級家長,及在八十二學年度就第一屆實驗教學之二年級家長、第二屆實 驗教學之一年級家長進行問卷調查,以瞭解家長在輔導兒童學習時的實際經驗 感受;並針對(1)課程瞭解的程度,(2)課程實施的滿意度,(3)行政支援的需求 度,等三大方面做分析探究。家長對重視學習過程的數學教學相當肯定、對兒 童解題熟練度的發展具有信心,但對兒童作答速度較慢的憂慮、以及數學課學 習份量的多寡,呈兩極化反應。家長對課程的信心及瞭解,與學校文化、行政 運作有密切關聯。 |
英文摘要 | The 1993 version of national elementary school mathematical curriculum focuses on the development of knowledge and the process of learning by the students, and on the cultivation of collective problem solving culture. Its emphasis on the coordination between teaching and the development of children's cognition is a significant echo of current movement of educational revolution ---- stressing that the child is the main concern in all effort of education. In the new curriculum, the design of mathematical lesson moves from subject knowledge based logic toward learner's knowledge genesis based logic. The parents' understanding and attitude toward the new curriculum will influence the confidence of the teachers because of change being very drastic. Hence the importance of this study is that it offers a window to understand the parents' mind in the transition. The attitude of parents of first experiment round, 4□ grade, and second experiment round, 2□ grade, 1995 as well as first round, 2□ grade, second round 1□ grade, 1993 were collected by filling a questionnaire on the (1) understanding of curriculum (2)satisfaction of the teaching (3) need of provision by the school, in order to understand the actual feeling when the parent helped the child to study at home. We find that the parents in general support the teaching stressing the process of learning, that the parents have faith in the development of student's proficiency in solving routine exercises. But we also find that the parents' responses split greatly on the worry of slowness of the child's execution and on the amount of material learned. The parents' faith and understanding toward the curriculum are connected greatly with the school culture and school administrative management. |
