中文摘要 | 本研究目的乃以二硫化鉬鍍層為研究對象,改變不同的負荷、速度及鍍層厚度 ,藉著接觸電阻量測技術作動態量測,觀察接觸電阻、摩擦係數變化來評估二硫化鉬鍍層 的磨耗壽命,進一步探討二硫化鉬最佳的鍍層厚度。由本試驗的結果與分析可得以下幾點 結論;在二硫化鉬鍍層被磨穿時,接觸電阻急速下降,此時摩擦係數有上昇現象,二硫化 鉬鍍層的磨耗壽命隨負荷增加而降低,隨磨耗速速增加而提高。10μm為二硫化鉬最佳之 鍍層厚度。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to study the tribology for MoS□ coatings. The electric contact resistance was dynamically measured through the changes of different load、speed and coating level thickness. The observation of the changes of the electric contact resistance and friction coefficient to evaluate the wear life of the tribology for MoS□ coatings. Then the optimal thickness-of the tribology for MoS□ coating was investigated in this research. The conclusions were obtained from experimental results and analysis. The electric contact resistance decreased hastily and the friction coefficient increased when the MoS□ coating was gone. The wear life of the tribology for MoS□ coating decreased as the increased load and increased as the increased speed. Finally the optimal thickness of MoS□ coating,10(m, was obtained in this research. |
