英文摘要 | Twenty-one days-old male mule ducks were forced fed with test diets (CP 17%, ME 2900 kcal/kg) for 10 days. The test diets used in experiment 1 were corn, rice, wheat, and barley diet, and in experiment 2 were wheat and husked barley diet. At the end of the experiments, blood and liver were collected for analysis. In experiment 1, liver weight, specific activity of liver hexose monophosphate shunt dehydrogenase (EC 1.1.149 and EC 1.1.1.44), and plasma total lipid and LDL-cholesterol were not affected by dietary cereals. Body weight gain of mule ducks fed with corn diet was significantly less than that of rice, wheat, and barley diets. As specific activity of liver lipogenic enzymes, citrate cleavage enzyme (EC 4.1.3.6) was the highest for mule ducks fed wheat diet, while NADP �� -malate dehydrogenase (EC 1.1.1.40) was rice diet. Plasma total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol were the highest for mule ducks fed rice diet. Plasma triglyceride for mule ducks fed barley diet was significantly higher than the others. Lipid content of liver and levels of C16:1 and C18:1 of hepatic lipids of mule ducks fed rice diet were the highest while levels of C18:2n6 and C20:4n6 of hepatic lipids were the lowest. In experiment 2, body weight gain, liver weight, specific activity of liver lipogenic enzymes, plasma lipid composition and lipid content of liver and fatty acid composition of hepatic lipids of mule ducks were not affected by dietary cereals. |
