中文摘要 | 在以有機質肥料的施用來增進強酸性土壤生產力的對策下,其所造成氮在土壤中 有效性的改變及礦化和生物固定化作用的消長,應予以評估與探討,以尋求建立有效的有機 質肥料管理方針。本試驗選取大肚山及關西兩種強酸性土壤,依土壤之磷固定能力的強弱, 分別添加不同量的豬糞及金針菇太空包堆肥, 分別在不同的時間(第 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 週)測定氮有效性指標的變化,並以一次式及複合一次式來評估及估算 其氮礦化速率。實驗結果顯示,金針菇太空包堆肥及豬糞堆肥的添加均能增進土壤中氮的有 效性,且在各培育期中,施用豬糞堆肥處理的全氮含量,礦化氮累積量及累積礦化百分率均 較施用金針菇太空包堆肥者高。大肚山與關西土壤在添加兩種堆肥後,若利用一次式來估算 ,其所得之氮礦化潛能呈現低估,而氮礦化速率則呈高估的趨勢,而以複合一次式來評估氮 礦化潛能及礦化速率則較為合理。 |
英文摘要 | The changes of nitrogen (N) availabilites and the characteristics of mineralization-immobilization in strongly acid soils with addition of organic fertilizers should be evaluated and studied in order to develop a suitable management of organic fertilizers. The objectives of this research were to study the effects of swine and mushroom waste composts addition on the availabilities and the mineralization potential of N in the strongly acid soils with different weathering degree. Two strongly acid soils (Da-Du Shan and Kuan-Si soil) were selected in this study, and different rates of swine or mushroom waste composts were added based on the capacity of phosphorus (P) fixation of the soils. The effects of the composts addition on the availability and the mineralization potential of N in the soils were investigated at different incubation time (0, 1st, 2nd, 3th, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, and 16th week). In addition, the rate and potential of N mineralization were evaluated with first-order and two first-order models. Results showed that the availability of N in soils were increased with addition of swine or mushroom waste composts. In addition, the total nitrogen, accumulated mineralized nitrogen and accumulated percentage of mineralization all were higher in the soils amended with swine compost than those with mushroom waste compost. The potential of N mineralization of Da-Du Shan and Kuan-Si soils after addition of two composts was underestimated, while the rate of mineralization was overestimate by using first-order model. Whereas, the two first-order was found to be more suitable in estimating the mineralizatiion potential of N. |
