中文摘要 | 本研究目的在研究銲接參數對硬面銲補殘留應力之影響,在實驗上,銲接方法採 用潛弧銲接法;母材採用 SS41 低碳鋼,填充金屬採用 S420 型不�袗�;殘留應力量測採用 ASTM 標準 E837 之鑽孔應變計方法;相變化溫度利用熱膨脹儀來分析。 實驗結果顯示殘留 應力隨著距銲道表面距離增加而增加,可能與母材所造成之稀釋作用引致麻田散鐵相變化開 始溫度提高有關;殘留應力隨熱輸入量增加而增加,其原因可能為較高熱輸入量參數擁有較 高之溫度歷程包絡面積與較高之相轉換溫度兩項作用所致有關;提高預熱(層間)溫度不能 有效降低殘留應力,可能與提高預熱溫度也相對提高單位長度熱輸入量與相變化溫度有關; 回火溫度對殘留應力影響不大。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aimed at the investigation of the effect of welding parameters on residual stress due to hardfacing welding. In this study, the base metal of type SS41 steel and the filler metal of type S420 stainless steel were used. A submerged arc welding was utilized. The residual stresses were determined by using the hole-drilling strain-gage method of ASTM standard E837. The phase transformation temperature was determined by using a dilatometer. The experimental results showed that the residual stress increases with the increase of the distance from external surface of hardfacing. The residual stress increases with the increase of the heat input. The alteration of elevation preheat (interpass) temperatures and soaking temperatures are not significant influence on the residual stress. |
