中文摘要 | 銲接技術在結構修補上已被廣泛運用,如航空、造船、車輛、核能、造橋、建築 等工業。而在銲接過程中,由於溫度施加都採集中熱源局部加熱的方式,使構件內產生不均 勻的溫度場及膨脹現象,於是有銲接熱應力的發生,即為銲接殘留應力。此種殘留應力不僅 造成構件製造或修補時的困擾,亦對其脆性破壞、疲勞強度及挫屈強度,皆有不良的影響。 本文以有限元素法並考慮材料非線性特性,以熱、結構藕合模式,針對直線、十字兩種銲接 修補進行結構殘留應力分析。在直線銲接修補方面,在銲道熱影響區之縱向殘留應力,當銲 接長度增加,使縱向收縮量增大,則殘留應力增大,且由於均施加相同之入熱量,其熱影響 區寬度相同,另銲道兩側橫向拉伸殘留應力隨銲接修補長度增長而分佈增大,且銲道起弧與 熄弧區邊緣均分佈著壓縮殘留應力。在十字銲接修補方面,兩銲道附近均分佈較大之X方 向拉伸殘留應力,另外在嵌板中央由於重複施加熱源導致內應力重新分佈,而產生較小的拉 伸殘留應力。在兩銲道區之Y方向之應力仍為拉伸殘留應力,而在二條銲道之兩側附近均 呈壓縮殘留應力。 |
英文摘要 | Welding processes are widely employed in fabricating structures such as spacecraft, ships, automobiles, nuclear reactors, bridges and offshore structures. Welding is not only used in fabrication, but also for repairs. Owing to localized heating by the welding process and subsequent rapid cooling, residual stressed can arise in the weld itself and in the base metal. Residual stressed attributed to welding pose significant problems in the accurate fabrication of structures because those stresses can induce extreme brittle fracturing and degrade the bucking strength of the welded structures. This study employed thermal-structure couple field analysis by finite element techniques to analyze thermomechancial behavior. In addition, the study evaluated the distributions of residual stressed in longitudinal welds and cross welds. In the longitudinal welds, the tensile residual stress increased with increasing length of the repair weld. In the cross welds, there was a reduction of tensile residual stress in the longitudinal direction at the center of the weld. |
