中文摘要 | 本研究目的在研究銲接參數對殘留應力的影響,以實驗分析預熱、低溫 應力釋放及平行加熱銲接三種消除銲件殘留應力方法之釋放結果與原理。在實驗 上,銲接變化參數為熱輸入量與束縛度,銲接方法採用自生氣護電弧銲接法,材 料採用304型不�袗�,殘留應力量測採用ASTM標準E837之鑽孔應變計方法。實驗 結果顯示在一般銲接與平行加熱銲接中,較高輸入熱量將增加溫度歷程之包絡面 積,進而增加單位長度內之熱輸入量,因而造成較高殘留應力;而在預熱銲接實 驗中,殘留應力卻隨著熱輸入量增加而減少,其主要原因可能與預熱溫度歷程的 最後平衡溫度提高有關;而各製程之束縛度對最大主殘留應力影響不大。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aimed at investigating the effect of welding parameters on residual stress by analyzing the action and principle of parallel heat welding (PHW), preheating (PH) and controlled low-temperature stress relief (CLTSR). In this study, the material of type 304 stainless steel was used. The main welding parameters were heat inputs and constraints. An autogenous gastungsten arc welding was utilized. The residual stresses were determined by using of the holedrilling strain-gage method of ASTM standard E837. During welding, the thermal cycle of fourlocations in weidment were recorded to investigate behavior of thermal stress and residual stress. The experimental results show that the used higher heat input will increase the involved area of temperature history during PHW and conventional welding, and increases the residual stressinduced by welding. The residual stress decreases with the increase of heat input in PH specimens, the possible reason is dependent on the increase of equilibrium temperature during welding. The constraint is not signficant effect on the maximum principal residual stress due to welding in various stress relief processes. |
