中文摘要 | 本研究對硫化鋅螢光體在900℃-1200℃溫度間燒成時,檢討原料添加激活劑和助 熔劑對相變態溫度的影響。在硫化鋅螢光體的燒成中所發生從低溫相閃鋅礦構造至高溫相纖 維鋅礦構造的相變態不只是隨燒成溫度變化,亦隨著激活劑及助熔劑的量而變化的。只有添 加激活劑硫化銅時,而且量較少時 (小於 3 × 10g/g),纖維鋅礦構造的相變態容易發生。 而量多時 (10 �� g/g 以上 ) 此種相變態反而難進行。 又當激活劑的硫化銅與助熔劑的氯 化鈉共存時,硫化鋅螢光體的燒成中將會發生閃鋅礦=>纖維鋅礦=>閃鋅礦構造的相變態 過程。這種特殊的相變態過程會影響此材料的紫外線激光發光及電場發光性質。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, zinc sulfide (ZnS) phosphors were fired at the temperatures between 900 ℃ and 1200 ℃. The effects of activator and flux on the phase transformation of phosphors were investigated. It was found that the extent of the phase transformation for zinc sulfide phosphors from low temperature phase (zinc blende) to high temperature phase (wurtzite) were dependent on the firing temperature and the amount of activator and flux added. With addition of small amount (<3 × 10 g/g) of cupric sulfide (CuS) activator, the formation of wurtzite phase was enhanced. But with excess addition (>10 �� g/g), the transformation became difficult. If both the activator (CuS) and the flux (NaCl) were added, the phase transformation was shown to follow the path:zinc blende to wurtzite to Zinc Blende. This phenomenon will impact on the UV photoluminescence and electroluminescence of fired phosphors. |
