中文摘要 | 本試驗係以厚度2 mm之柳桉單板配合六種條件製成各種樹脂浸壓材,並探討此類材料供為地板材料之性質,以尋求它的可行性及最適合的製造條件。試驗結果顯示;樹脂留存率與壓縮率隨積層方式及層數之不同而異,樹脂留存率以垂直構造者較高;壓縮率則以平行構造者較高,但這二種比率是積層數越多者越高。又各種樹脂浸壓材之物理、機械性質皆比實木優良,而且尺寸的變化亦非常穩定。關於供為地板材料其各方面的性質,大致上均符合地板檢驗法之標準,甚至多數皆較白櫟木、巴杜柳桉所製造之實木地板為強,由此可知樹脂浸壓材供為地板材料實乃可行。另外若慮及各方面之性質、加工性、製造成本等因素,在六種條件中,則以積層數為15層、兩種積層方式皆可的方法,可謂為最適合的製造條件。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility and the most suitable manufacturing conditions for various compreg to be used as floor stock, through the test by 2 mm thickness lauan veneer in 6 different manufacturing conditions. The experimental results reveal that ratio of resin retention and compressibility will be changed in according with the different laminate type and layer. Ratio of resin retention for perpendicular structure compreg is higher than parallel structure. But compressibility is the reverse of the ratio of resin retention. And these two difference are depended on the numbers of layers, more layers are higher. The physical and mechanical properties of various compreg are better than solid wood. And also the dimensional change are very stability. About the other properties to be floor stock, they are all can meet the standard of flooring test method. Evenmore, they are stronger than solid wood made by white oak or selangan batu. From this test, we know compreg can be used to be wood-based floor stock. Furthermore, in case to consider the factors of property, machinability, manufacturing cost, and etc., the method of by 15 layers for perpendicular of parallel structure is the most suitable manufacturing condition in all 6 conditions. |
