中文摘要 | 本研究藉砂浴熱處理法改善木材之尺寸安定性及耐候性,茲摘要如下:1.試材之重量損失率、收縮率及色差值隨著溫度的提高而顯著增大。2.以160℃及180℃加熱處理24小時後,抗吸濕效能及抗膨潤效能顯著提高;而220℃處理6小時後則有最大之抗吸濕效能及抗膨潤效能。3.熱處理材經人工加速風化試驗後,顏色變化均較未處理材為低。以200℃處理24小時後,試材受熱裂解作用縱向壓縮強度明顯下降。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to improve the dimensional stability and weatherability of wood using sand-heat method. The main results are summarized as the follows: 1.Weight loss(%), shrinkage(%), and ∆E* of heat- treated wood were significantly increased with increasing temperatures. 2.The moisture-excluding efficiency(MEE) and anti-swelling efficiency(ASE) of heat-treated wood were significantly increased after the wood treated at 160, 180℃ for 24 hours. The wood treated at 220℃ for 6 hours exhibited the highest MEE and ASE values. 3.The color variations of heat-treated wood after artificial accelerated weathering significantly lower than untreated wood. The compressive strength parallel to grain of specimen significantly reduced due to pyrolysis after wood treated at 200℃ for 24 hours. |
