中文摘要 | 不同濃度之醇溶性酚樹脂以不同的處理方式(滾筒佈膠,浸漬法及真空加壓注入 法),製造含脂高溫壓縮木( Compreg ),並比較其性質。 將乾燥之1.5mm厚,42cm寬,42cm長的桂蘭旋切單板,用三種不同方式處理,乾燥後以纖維 平行方向層積並以壓力 100 kgf ╱ cm �智鶺˙s成 Compreg, 並以不含樹脂之單板製成高 溫壓縮木( Staypak )為對照,比較不同之處理方式及單板含脂率對成板性質之影響, 結 果顯示: 1. 以滾筒佈膠機或真空 -- 加壓注入法, 並採用高濃度樹脂佈膠可節省大量甲醇稀釋劑之 消耗以及烘乾作業之能源而降低成本。 2. 滾筒佈膠並採低濃度樹脂佈膠可製成較好尺寸安定性之製品。 浸漬法與真空 -- 加壓注 入法則採高濃度樹脂佈膠,有最好的尺寸安定性。 3.採用同濃度的樹脂處理時則以真空加壓方式可得較高靜曲破壞係數及高靜曲彈性係數之製 品; 滾筒佈膠採低濃度樹脂( 45 %)佈膠,可獲得較好的靜曲彈性係數。 浸漬法與真空 -- 加壓注入法以高濃度樹脂佈膠,有更好的靜曲彈性係數。 4.以高濃度樹脂滾筒佈膠方式,可得高衝擊吸收能之製品。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the properties of compreg made from different resin treatments. Veneer of rotary cut Mersawa (Anisoptera spp.) 1.5mm thick, 42cm wide and 42cm long, treated with different solid content of alcohol soluble PF resin different methods. After drying to evaporate out the solvent, the dried veneer was laminated with fiber parallel direction and hot pressed with 100kgf/cm �� to make compreg. The properties of the different products were evaluated and compared with staypak made of the same species of veneer. The results are as following: 1.Compreg made from the veneer which was treated with higher concentration of resin and with roller glue spreader or vacuum-pressure method, a great amount of solvent could be saved to diminish the capital of manufacture. 2.Higher dimensional stability of Compreg could be made from the veneer that was glued with low concentration of resin and roller glue spreader. The same result could also be got while the veneer was dipping or vacuum-pressure glued with high concentration of resin. 3.Higher MOR and MOE values could be obtained while the compreg was made from the veneer that was treated with vacuum-pressure method while compared with the other gluing methods with the same concentration of resin. Higher MOE could be got from the compreg that made from the veneer were dipping or vacuum-pressure method with higher concentration of resin of treatments. 4.High impact strength products could be made from higher concentration of resin spread with roller spreader. |
