中文摘要 | 本研究目的,在探討懸浮固定生物膜接觸厭氣槽(高率式槽)對豬糞尿上澄液廢水 之處理效率、沼氣產量及污泥產量與性質之研究。 試驗採用 6 L 與 35 L 之傳統厭氣槽與 內置 K6-2 型濾料之高率厭氣槽,�皕� 37 ± 2 ℃,水力停留時間 (HRT) 分別為 2 天、5 天與 10 天,分析項目包括 COD、SS、TS、VS、沼氣產量、成分與污泥性質等。 試驗結果顯示, 高率式槽在 HRT 5 天與 10 天下對 COD、SS 之去除率都顯著較傳統式 厭氣槽高 (P<0.05),且其 HRT 可縮短至 5 天以內,節省處理槽容積與成本。 沼氣產量與 甲烷成份也以高率式槽較佳, 而污泥產量以 HRT 5 天傳統式槽組最多,同 HRT 10 天之高 率式槽差異顯著 (P<0.05),污泥脫水性質以 HRT 5 天高率式槽之污泥毛細管吸引值 (CST) 最高,顯示脫水較難。高率式厭氣槽之濾料填充率以 50% 填充率組對 COD 去除率與沼氣產 量最好,優於 100% 與 30% 之填充率組 (P<0.05)。適宜攪拌有改善高率式槽之處理效率與 沼氣產量的趨勢。而固定生物膜上之菌相以似 Methanothrix 菌群為主。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of these studies were to evaluate the effect of applying suspending fixed-film digester on treatment efficiency, biogas and sludge production and its quality. The supernatant from wastewater was fermented in the traditional digesters with capacity of 6 L and 35 L or anaerobic digesters loaded with K6-2 filter (High rate type) under constant temperature of 37 ± 2 ℃ and the hydraulic retention time (HRT), of 2, 5 and 10 d. respectively. The criteria measured included the COD, SS, TS, VS, biogas production and composition, sludge property, etc. Results showed that the removal rate of COD and SS by the high rate digester were higher (P<.05) than by the traditional anaerobic digester when the HRT were set at 5 or 10 d. The biogas and methane production were higher by the high rate digester. Larger amount of sludge were produced by the traditional anaerobic digester with 5 d HRT when compared with the high rate type with 10 d HRT. Higher removal rate of COD and high methane production were obtained when the porosity rate of high rate anaerobic digester was 50%, which was better than 100% or 30% porosity rate. Stirring cold improve the treatment efficiency and methane yield in high rate anaerobic digester. The methanothrix-like bacteria was predominant in suspending fixed-film digester. |
