中文摘要 | 對於路徑愈是複雜、反應很快、非均相的製程,當系統無法達到微觀混合的狀態 時,攪拌對反應影響很大,因此在製程的開發與放大研究過程,必須申入探討攪拌等質傳參 數對製程結果的影響,一方面克服質傳阻力,一方面設計出最適的攪拌葉片型式、攪拌速度 與葉片直徑,將結果好與範圍寬的參數條件拿來作為製程放大的依據,而且要避免放大後流 態落在過渡流的不穩定區域。對於鏈鎖聚合反應機構的製程,因反應時間很短,在連續式攪 拌槽中的濃度不均勻會使產品之分子量分佈變寬,當轉化率愈高時,其分子量分佈會比使用 批式反應槽更寬。 |
英文摘要 | It is well known that the reactivity of a reaction can often be enhanced by chemical methods such as catalyst structure modification. As for a chemical engineer, however, one of the most powerful tools to enhance selectivity and thus the overall properties of a product is to choose the most appropriate reactor type coupling with proper adjustment of process parameters during scale-up. The theory behind this is that the selectivity of a reaction increased while raising tempera- ture if the major reaction required higher activation energy than the side reactions. The selectivity will go down with higher temperature if the trend is the other way around. Likewise, if the major reaction relies more heavily on the reactant concentration, the concertration in the reaction should be increased to achieve higher selectivity. It is also found that the amount of impurity bearing non-reacting functional groups in raw material will also affect the Mw of final polymers. |
