中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討厭氣污泥迴流對豬糞廢水厭氣處理之處理效率、污泥產量與性質之影響。試驗係利用新鮮糞廢水,於室內以6公升之完全混合發酵槽,在恆溫37±2℃,水力停留時間(HRT)為TS 2% 10天;TS 4% 20天,污泥迴流之設定分別為R=0、R=0.5及R=1三處理組。試驗測定污泥迴流對厭氣處理之處理效率、沼氣產量、污泥產量與脫水性質等。並以化學需氧量(COD)之進流濃度,依菌體質量平衡式估算生物污泥產量。 試驗結果顯示,豬糞廢水厭氣處理污泥之迴流對厭氣處理效率,於進流廢水TS 2%時對COD與SS去除率,有污泥迴流組稍優於無污泥迴流組,當TS 4%時,則有污泥迴流組約降低COD與SS去除率5~10%。但污泥迴流可增加沼氣產量(P<0.05),減少污泥產量(P>0.05)及改善污泥脫水性質,其中以污泥迴流一半R=0.5組最佳。而去除1kg的COD對實際污泥產量以TS含量計算,於進流濃度TS 2%時,在R=0組約產生0.079kg,R=0.5組0.06kg,R=1組0.038 kg之污泥量。而污泥迴流也可使厭氣槽內之微生物菌相,趨向單純化及增加生物污泥之產生量,依據COD與菌體質量平衡式估算結果,厭氣生物污泥產量,有污泥迴流組都比無污泥迴流組增加2%以上。但不論將污泥是否迴流,都需定期清除污泥,否則影響厭氣槽之處理效率。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of sludge recycling on the treatment efficiency, sludge production and its properties in the anaerobic fermentation of swine waste. Raw swine waste was fermented in a 6 L completely mixed tank under constant temperature at 37±2℃. The hydraulic retention times (HRT) were 10d for TS 2% and 20d for TS 4%. Sludge recycling was R=0, 0.5 and 1. The biogas production sludge output and its dewatering property were used as criteria to evaluate the effect of sludge recycling on the anaerobic treatment efficiency. Results showed that the elimination rate of COD and SS were slightly higher for fermentation tank with sludge recycling at TS 2% than that without sludge recycling. Nevertheless, COD and SS elimination rates were reduced by 5~10% for sludge recycling at TS 4%. Sludge recycling can increase biogas (P<0.05), reduce sludge output (P<0.05) and improve dewatering property with the best performance at R=0.5. Sludge recycling can simplify the microbe profile in anaerobic fermentor and increase biological sludge output. The anaerobically biological sludge production was increased 2% with sludge recycling compared to fermentor without providing recycling sludge. The sludge had to be cleaned up as routine treatment efficiency. |
