中文摘要 | 為保護NiAl合金並提高其抗氧化性,本研究檢討了水熱陽極氧化處理對NiAl合金 表面層微結構之影響。 實驗結果顯示:NiAl 試片在 240 ℃ /28atm 水熱條件下, 以純水為溶液, 以定電流密度 20mAcm,陽極氧化處理 1hr 後,其表面所生成的為多孔狀的 ALOOH 氧化膜;在 NaOH 溶液 中其所生成的氧化膜則為較緻密的 NiO。NiAl 試片在 0.083M NaOH 水溶液中水熱陽極氧化 處理 1hr 後,其高溫抗氧化性較未處理者優。 |
英文摘要 | In order to protect NiAl alloys and to improve the oxidation resistance of NiAl alloys, the effect of hydrothermal anodized treatment on the microstructure of NiAl alloys was investigated. Experimental results showed that the oxide scales on the surfaces of NiAl alloys were porous AlOOH and densified NiO, for the NiAl alloys treated by hydrothermal anodic oxidation method at the condition of current density 20mA/cm ��,240 ℃ /28 atm for 1hr in H �� O and in NaOH solution, respectively. After hydrothermal anodic oxidation treatment in 0.083M NaOH, the resistance oxidation of NiAl was better than that of NiAl alloys without hydrothermal anodic oxidation treatment. |
