中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為使用硫酸作為觸媒,進行1-癸烯、1-辛烯之聚合反應,同時探討 其反應操作條件之影響, 並分別以產物組成中 C30/C40 重量比值及 C24/C>32 重量比值作 為判定分類聚烯烴合成油性質之依循。本研究以批式反應器進行 1-癸烯、1-辛烯之聚合反 應,其反應溫度為22℃,反應壓力範圍為14.7~120psia,烯烴/硫酸之體積比例為1/1~2/1, 反應時間為 1~2 小時。由反應測試之數據顯示 1-癸烯、1-辛烯聚合反應之較佳操作條件: 反應時間為2小時; 烯烴/ 硫酸之體積比例為1/1,而反應壓力對於產物分佈之影響不大。本 研究發現 1- 癸烯聚合所得產物之 C30/C40 重量比值為 0.79,且 1- 辛烯聚合所得產物之 C24/C>32 重量比值亦接近 0.84,皆與商業化聚烯烴合成油之值 (0.8) 相較不遠。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the influence of operating conditions on the oligomerization of 1-decene and 1-octene catalyzed by sulfuric acid respectively. The poly alphaolefins are classified according to the weight ratio of C30/C40 and C24/C>32 of the product separately. The experiments are conducted in a batch reactor; with olefin/sulfuric acid volume ratio of 1/1~2/1; in the reaction temperature of 22℃; at the reaction pressure rang of 14.7~120 psia and residence time of 1~2 hours. It was found that the better operating conditions include: olefin/sulfuric acid volume ratio of 1/1 and residence time of 2 hours for both oligomerization of 1-decene and 1-octene, While the operating pressure shows little influence on the compositions of product. Furthermore, the values of C30/C40 and C24/C>32 weight ratio of polyalphaolefin obtained in this work are similar to that of commercial polyalphaolefin. |
