中文摘要 | 本研究以聖誕紅盆花'Peter Star'為材料,分別在10℃、15℃、25℃下進行試驗包裝 貯運溫度對盆花品質表現和二氧化碳及乙烯生合成之影響,及灰黴病罹病程度。袖套包裝處 理10℃下貯運3天,葉片掉落率最高,25℃次之,15℃最低。在各試驗溫度貯運後除去袖 套後評鑑,發現第6天至第15天葉片及苞片及大戟花序掉落率最高。在袖套包裝前48小時 以1mM硫代硫酸銀(Silver thiosulfate, STS)噴佈整個植株,置入15℃貯藏,其灰黴病罹病度 較輕為0.8級,可避免灰黴病之影響。偵測感染灰黴病之聖誕紅盆花之二氧化碳及乙烯生成 量,其切離之罹病苞片之二氧化碳及乙烯生成量以罹病面積20~40%最高。不同成熟度之大 戟花序經不同溫度貯藏3天試驗偵測乙烯生合成量,25℃下在花序成熟度為雄花、雌花由總 苞抽出時期,大量產生乙烯濃度在3.6 nl/g.hr.,二氧化碳濃度在24.1 ml/g.hr.,而於15℃下 分別為0.77 nl/g.hr,及8.9ml/g.hr. 差異顯著。 |
英文摘要 | Poinsettia pot flowers 'Peter Star' were stored at 10℃, 15℃, and 25℃ to test the influence of quality performance, carbon dioxide, ethylene biosynthesis and grey mold disease infection. Sleeve-pack pot flowers which stored for 3 days presented the most serious leaf drop at 10℃, then 25℃, 15℃ respectively. Pot poinsettias escaped from grey mold disease through 1mM silver thiosulfate, STS sprayed before sleeve-pack, then stored at 15℃ that only, showed at 0.8 degree infection. The bract area infected by grey mold disease at 20-40% showed the highest CO evolution and C H concentration. The different maturity cyathia stored at 25℃ for 3 days presented 3.6 nl/g.hr. C H concentration and 24.1 ml/g.hr. CO at stage 4 of cyathia development which male and female flowers came forth from involucret. Nevertheless, the significant low C H and CO were showed at 15℃, with 0.77 nl/g.hr. and 8.9 ml/g.hr. respectively. |
