中文摘要 | 紅外線溫色圖對全身或局部性疾病的研究,主要是在歐洲、北美及日本,它雖然是個老方法,但是可以做為客觀、簡易、不費時、無侵襲性的定性分析,如果我們利用醫學工程原理建立數學公式把它定量化,對於臨床醫師或是基礎醫學研究者都有很大助益,其學理基礎根於人體是一個很好的放射物體,因此如果我們能測得其放射能量(包括輻射、傳導、對流), 就可以利用stefan-Boltzmann law of emissivitiy來測得人體表面溫度,利用電腦量化及數值分析,可得溫度分佈圖來評估血液循環的狀況及分佈範圍。我們與醫學工程研究所合作建立一個實驗模型來模擬皮膚放射能量的狀態,利用紅外線溫色器測得的預測水流速度與實際水流速度呈相當高的正相關(相關係數為0.998),證明紅外線溫色圖的定量分析可以反應末稍血液循環的狀況,值得推廣的手部血流循環術前與術後的比較,發展空間相當大。 |
英文摘要 | Thermography has been widely accepted as a tool to evaluate the cutaneous circulation. However, qualitative appreciation is no longer satisfactory in many circumstances. Quantitative measurement might be expected for delicate clinical judgements. A simple mathematical model was set up to evaluate the circulation quantitatively and to describe the feasibility of the estimated system. The results of our experiment revealed that the relationship between the estimated flow of water and the actual water flow was linear. The correlation coefficient is 0.998. The technique was also applied to evaluate the palms of eleven normal subjects. The blood flows of their hands could then be quantified. The flows of right and left hands were equivalent to each other statistically as expected though a little bit differences between them were observed. |
