中文摘要 | NC木工機械可說是目前自動化程度最高的加工機器,因其高度加工精確度,適於作少量多樣的加工作業,已成家具製造業的寵物。國內家具製造業為求提升加工水準,改善加工效率,紛紛投資設置此種先進機械,加入生產行列。然因木材為具有木理走向的生物性材料,為充分發揮NC機械之加工性能,必須先從瞭解木材的切削性質著手,方能獲致事半功倍之效果。本計畫係以紅櫟木、鐵杉為試材,就NC木工機器作溝槽加工,探討纖維傾斜角及切削速度對切削面品質及粗糙度之影響,結果顯示不論何種切削速度下,纖維傾斜角0°、45°時之切削面品質均較90°、135°者為佳。又刀具回轉數與送材速度成比例增加時,切削面品質不受切削速度之影響,而送材速度保持固定,將回轉數變化時,溝槽加工品質隨回轉數之增加明顯改善,且隨纖維傾斜角之增加更為明顯,故為提高加工面品質及生產效率,NC木工機械之溝槽加工應儘可能採用較高之回轉數。 |
英文摘要 | Besides having high accuracy of cutting precision, numerically controlled (NC) woodworking machine is a highly automatic and effective equipment which is suitable for modern production of small quantity and many items. Many of the domestic furnitune manufacturers equipped with this kind of machine to enhance the efficiency and quality of processes. However, wood is a bio-material with grain directions, and the knowledge of wood cutting is necessary for the effective application of NC router. In this paper, the effects of cutting speeds on machining quality of NC router grooving were emphasized, and woods of red oak and hemlock were used for tests. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. In spite of the different cutting speeds, quality of grooving for grain angles of 0° and 45° was better than for those of 90° and 135° 2. When rotation speeds increased in proportion with the increase of feed speeds, machining qualities were not changed. Therefore, the rotation speeds of NC router should be kept as high as possible to obtain the efficiency of operations. 3. When feed speed was unchanged, the qualities of grooving were improved with the increase of rotation speed. Therefore, rotation speed should be kept as high as possible for better quality of machining. |
