中文摘要 | ‘Landora’品種玫瑰花培殖體在低光度下,生長在高蔗糖濃度培養基者,葉下表皮氣孔成圓形,且開張度大;而在高光度下,生長在低蔗糖濃度培養基者氣孔呈橢圓形。若容器內再加2000 ppm CO₂,則氣孔開張度縮小,甚至完全關閉。‘Samantha’品種玫瑰花培殖體的葉肉組織,除了受培養基的蔗糖濃度和光度影響外;經2000 ppm CO₂處理者,柵狀組織細胞也明顯拉長。在葉綠體結構方面,在高光度下(70 μmol/m² sec),‘Landora’玫瑰花培殖體只有在培養基的蔗糖濃度為15 g/l,或為7.5 g/l但培養容器中添加CO₂時,培殖體的葉綠體有較大的澱粉粒。然而當培養基的蔗糖濃度為15g/l,且培養容器中添加CO₂時,葉綠體較小。而在低光度下(35 μmol/m² sec),且培養基的蔗糖濃度為30g/l,培殖體的葉綠體構造不完整,且無澱粉粒產生。 |
英文摘要 | On the abaxial surface of 'Landora' rose explants cultured under low photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) (35μmol/m² sec) and on a high sucrose medium, the stomata were circular and opened widely. When the explants were cultured under high PPFD (79μmol/m² sec) and on a low sucrose medium, the stomata were ellipsoid. When the containers were enriched with 2000 ppm CO₂, the stomata shrinked or closed completely. On 'Samantha' explants, both of sucrose concentration and PPFD also enhanced the thickness of mesophyll cells. Furthermore, CO₂ enrichment elongated the length of palisade cells. On the ultrastructure of chloroplast, when the 'Landora' explants were cultured on a medium with 15 g/l sucrose, or on a medium with 7.5 g/l sucrose and in a CO₂-enriched container, the chloroplast had larger starch grains inside. However, the explants cultured on a medium with 15 g/l sucrose and in a CO₂-enriched container had small chloroplasts. In contrast, when the 'Landora' explants were cultured under low PPFD (35μmol/m² sec) and on a medium with 30 g/l sucrose, the chloroplast disorganized and had no starch grain inside. |
