中文摘要 | 以栽培種大豆(G. max)與Glycine亞屬之臺東野生大豆(G. dolichocarpa)及澎湖大豆(G.tabacina) 為材,進行栽培種與野生種之種間正、反雜交,利用石蠟切片行組織學觀察不同物種大豆之自交及種間雜交後胚及胚乳之發育。結果顯示,所有雜交組合,栽培種與野生種大豆雜交均無法獲得雜交種子,且雜交莢在授粉後25天左右掉落。大豆不同物種自交胚及胚乳發育,除胚乳均屬核型胚乳外,胚的發育相當不一致,G. tabacina發育較快,授粉後10天達子葉期,G. dolichocarpa為18天。種間雜交胚及胚乳切片結果,所有組合胚乳均較胚提前敗育,正、反組合均在授粉後10-18天胚乳開始敗育,18-25天雜交胚組織呈敗育現象。 |
英文摘要 | Interspecific reciprocal crosses were made between G. max x G. dolichocarpa and G. max x G. tabacina of Glycine. The developmental characteristics of embryo and endosperm of selfed and interspecific cross in Glycine species using paraffin section method were also examined. The results were summarized as follows. Observation of the developmental characteristics of embryo and endosperm of Glycine species showed that the endosperm belonged to a nuclear type. However, the embryo development was unequal among species, G. tabacina showed faster than G. dolichocarpa. The durations of embryo development into the cotyledon-stage for the above species were, in order, 10 and 18 DAP. Observation may be on the developmental characteristics of embryo and endosperm between of the interspecific crosses in Glycine species showed that the abortion of endosperm was faster than that of embryo in all combinations. In cross and reciprocal cross combinations, abortion occurred at 11-18 DAP and 18-25 DAP for endosperm and embryo, respectively. |
