中文摘要 | 使用大豆屬栽培種Glycine max中興3號(CH3)、高雄選10號(KS10),野生種G. tomentala (To4)、G. lotifolia (La5)、G. tabacina (Ta3)及G. falcate (Fal),共5種6系統為材料,進行種間雜交,取雜交後3~7天、14天及21天的雜交胚,利用埋臘切片法觀察雜交胚(或胚珠)發育的情形,就組織上探討大豆種間雜交後帶不稔的原因,其結果如下: 造成大豆屬種間雜交後代不稔的原因,在於椎交胚於不同發育時期停滯或敗育所致。其中在21天時,G. max × G. tomentella組合之胚發育至中子葉期或圖球形期~心臟形期之間,G. max × G. lotifolia胚發育至中子葉期或以敗育,G. max × G. tomentella胚發育到圖球形期~心臟形期之間,而G. max × G. falcate在21天時胚已完全敗育。G. tabacina × G. max與G. falcate × G. max兩組合,在雜交後3~4天之間子房脫落,且細胞已有崩壞現象產生。 |
英文摘要 | The hybrid sterility of interspecific hybridization in the genus Glycine was investigated by histological studies of hybrid embryo development. Eleven interspecific crosses were made between 6 varieties/lines of 5 Glycine species inculiding G. max (CH3, KS10), G. tomentala (T04), G. lotifolia (La5), G. tabacina (Ta3) and G. falcate (Fal). Selfed seeds of G. max cv. CH3 were sued as control. The hybride sterility in interspecific hybridization of Glycine growth retardation and embryo abortion at different developmental stages. The development of hybrid embryo at 21 days after pollination was at the middle cotyledon stage or spherical-heart shape stage for G. max×G. tomentella, the middle cotyledon stage or abortion for G. max×G. tabacina, and complete abortion for G. max×G. falcate. Ovual abscission and tissue degradation were fund in both G. tabacina×G. max and G. falcata×G. max crosses at 3-4 days after pollination. |
