中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在分析白色中國鵝之血液性狀。以畜產試驗所彰化種畜繁殖場之鵝隻為試驗動物,分別測定春季(3月)及秋季(11月)孵出之白色中國鵝在8、20及30週齡之血液生理值。另一批在春季(4月)孵出之白色中國鵝做為基本鵝群,自6週齡起每隔2週採血一次至30週齡止,其血液生理值變化亦予以分析。血液分析包括紅血球數、血球容積比、白血球數、血紅素濃度。血清分析值包括總蛋白質、膽固醇、鈣、白蛋白、三酸甘油脂。結果顯示春天孵出之中國鵝,其血球容積比較秋季孵出之中國鵝為高,且20週齡時之紅血球數、血球容積比、白血球數及血紅素濃度較8或30週齡為高。不同季節孵出、不同週齡之鵝隻,其血球值與血清值因季節之影響而有差異,同季節孵出之公母鵝間血球值沒有顯著差異,而血清值則有性別差異存在。不同季節孵出之鵝隻在30週齡時部分血清值呈季節間之顯著差異。 基本鵝群在6週齡至30週齡間,血紅素濃度皆相當�琠w,其他各項血球值則以12~22週齡間較高。接近成熟時,公鵝之紅血球數顯著高於母鵝,然而血清生化值中鈣含量、總蛋白質、白蛋白及膽固醇含量皆顯著低於母鵝,母鵝之三酸甘油脂在18週齡後便顯著地升高。各週齡膽固醇含量變異不大。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to establish the blood profile of White Chinese Geese. Two batches of goslings, hatched in November and March, respectively, were used for blood sampling. The RBC, PCV, WBC and Hb in whole blood, and the calcium, total protein, albumin, triglyceride and cholesterol in serum were determined at 8, 20, and 30 weeks of age. The results showed that higher concentration of PCV and WBC were found for geese hatched in March than in November. The RBC, PCV, WBC and Hb of geese hatched in March were higher in 20 weeks of age than in 8 and 30 weeks of age. The effects of hatch season and age were significant on haematological values and biochemical values. The effects of sex was significant only in biochemical values. Another group of gosling (5 male and 5 female) were raised from 6 to 30 weeks of age. During the experimental period, blood samples were collected every two weeks. The results show that RBC concentration of male geese were higher than those of female geese. However, the concentrations of calcium, total protein and albumin in male were lower than those of female geese. The concentrations of triglyceride of female geese increased considerably before the onset of egg lyaing. |
