中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,旨在探討飼糧中添加不同銅含量對肌肉、腎臟及肝藏殘留與血清生 化值之影響。 以 3 週齡蛋小雞 100 隻, 逢機分置於飼糧含銅 0、 50、 100、 250、500 (mg/kg) 飼糧之處理組中,每處理組二重覆,試驗期間為 3 週。 其結果顯示:肌肉及腎臟 銅含量並不受飼糧銅含量而影響 (P>0.05),但肝臟銅含量於添加銅 250 mg/kg 時即顯著提 高 (P<0.05),添加銅至 500 mg/kg 時,其銅含量約為對照組的 40 倍。血清中澱粉�t丙胺 酸轉胺�t、鹼性磷�t、總蛋白質、白蛋白及尿酸之值各組間無顯著差異 (P>0.05)。 添加銅 至 500 mg/kg 時,血清中天門冬酸轉胺�t及肌酸激�t活性顯著提高 (P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The object of this trail was to investigate the effect of dietary levels of copper residue in muscle, kidney and liver and to observe the change of serochemistry value of growers. Used one hundred of 3 weeks old Leghorn growers, randomly allocated into 5 copper levels treaments (0, 50, 100, 250 and 500 mg/kg) with 2 replicats, the trail lasted for 3 weeks. Our results indicated the copper content of muscle and kidney were not significantly different (P>0.05) in treaments; and the copper content of liver up to 250 mg/kg level showed significant increas (P<0.05), the 500 mg/kg copper level about 40 times of elevated that liver than that of the control. Serum α -amylase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphotase, total protein, albumin and uric acid showed no apparent effect by copper levels (P>0.05) . Serum aspartate aminotransferase and creatine kinase activities were significant increas (P<0.05) in 500 mg/kg treament. |
