中文摘要 | 氧自由基被認為與人類疾病及老化有關。在正常人體代謝過程中便會產生許多氧 自由基,其毒性產物的逐漸累積會造成細胞及組織不可逆的氧化傷害。此種情形除了在各種 疾病狀態下會增加之外,在過度的耗竭性運動時也會產生過多的自由基,此情形逐漸被發現 與運動後的肌肉疲勞與細胞損傷有關。本文主要目的在探討中等強度運動對氧化傷害的影響 , 乃 12 位長跑選手為本研究的受試對象, 受試者平均(年齡 19.1 ± 2.6 yrs、 身高 170.1 ± 3.6 cm、體重 59.8 ± 4.3 kg 及最大氧攝取量 60.6 ± 4.3ml/kg/min ), 受 試者以 60 %最大心跳率,在田徑場跑 60 分鐘, 為期 7 天,分別於第一、三、七天的跑 步前、 後及後一小時抽血, 以高效液相層析儀( high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC )的方法,檢測受試者在跑步前、後及跑步後 1 小時血液中過氧化 歧化�t( superoxide dismutase, SOD ), 穀胱甘�騛L氧化�t( glutathione peroxidase, GSHPx ),以及丙二醛( malondialdehyde, MDA )的濃度,以自動生化分析 儀分析受試者血液中乳酸及血紅素的濃度,有關生化分析值均經過脫水校正,以減少測量誤 差, 結果發現受試者 MDA、SOD 以及 GSHPx 的濃度,在第一、三、七天中無論跑步前、後 或跑步後一小時, 並沒有明顯高於第一天跑步前的濃度( P>.05 ),以中等強度運動並不 會造成運動者的氧化傷害,本研究可獲以下的結論:以 60 %最大心跳率的中等強度運動, 並不會造成運動者脂質過氧化現象而導致氧化傷害,在運動中造成脂質過氧化主要的因素是 運動強度而非運動持續時間( duration )。 |
英文摘要 | Exercise increase metabolism and metabolic leak from mitochondrial electron transport chains are now thought to be the most important source of oxygen-derived radicals. The increase in oxygen uptake during exercise is accompanied by an elevation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which is considered to be oxidative stress. Strenuous endurance exercise has been shown to predispose the runners to increased free radical damage. Free radicals will attack acyl side-chain on fatty acids of cell membranes by abstract a hydrogen atom from a methylene carbon in the side-chain that will cause lipids peroxidation. Physical exercise is known to increase oxygen consumption to compensate for enhanced ATP consumption and thus induce oxidative stress in tissue. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of moderate-intensity running (MIR) on lipids oxidation, twelve (12) long distance athletes (age=19.1 ± 2.6yrs, ht=170.1 ± 3.6cm, wt=59.8 ± 4.3kg, VO �� max=60.6 ± 4.3ml/kg/min) ran on track and field stadium at 60% HRmax for 1 hour per day for 7 consecutive days. On day one, three blood samples were collected before, immediately after running and 1 hour during recovery. The plasma malondialdehyde (MDA); superoxide dismutase (SOD) ; glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx); lactate, hemoglobin and hematocrit were measured. The results indicated that the plasma concentration of MDA, SOD, and GSHPx did not change after moderate intensity running. It is concluded that 1 hour of MIR may not cause tissue lipids peroxidation. |
