中文摘要 | 為探尋大胡瓜較佳之疏果方式,供瓜農栽培時採用,俾生產較高品質之胡瓜。乃於82年夏、秋季以萬吉品種為材料,比較6種疏果方式對產量與品質之影響。試驗結果顯示,夏作胡瓜合格品之果數以主、側蔓在第5節以下疏果處理者最多,小區面積平均可收60.7條; 合格品之產量亦以主、側蔓第5節以下疏果處理最重,達50.8公斤,表現最差的為主、側蔓全部不疏果處理,其合格品之果數僅得40.7條,合格品之產量亦僅達29.3公斤而已,二處理間具顯著差異。秋作試驗結果和夏作有類似的趨勢,即合格品之果數以主、側蔓第5、7節以下疏果處理最多,同為25條,小區面積產量分別為19.2公斤及18.9公斤,但各處理間並無顯著差異。至於疏果對品質之影響,試驗結果較無規則性,除夏作之果徑、果肉厚有明顯差異外,秋作不同處理間品質並無顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | For improving the quality and yield of cucumber, six different fruit thinning methods were designed, and the variety "Wanchi" was used in this experiment in the summer and autumn of 1993. The preliminary results indicated that in the summer crop, fruit thinning at the fifth node and below of main and lateral culms obtained the highest number and yield of qualified fruits, the treatment without fruit thinning had the lowest number and yield of qualified fruits. In the autumn crop, the effect of fruit thinning on number of qualified fruit yield was similar to that of the summer crop, however, the differences among treatments were not significantly different at 5%of probablity. For the effect of fruit thinning on the quality of cucumber, no significant difference was found for fruit weight and length among different treatments in both the summer and autumn crops. For the diameter and thickness of fruit, the significant differences among treatments were found only in the summer crop. |
