中文摘要 | 行政院經濟部商業司於1991年大力推動商業現代化,期使全面改善商業經營管理 ,提升國內商業服務品質與改善商業經營環境,晉級為開發國家之林;其推動商業現代化的 主要工作方針之一為輔助學校設備,開設商業現代化之相關學程與課程,以培育中級商業管 理人才。本文旨在探討與評估傳統教學法與電腦輔助教學法運用於商業現代化相關課程時, 其教學的特質、功能與績效將有何不同。透過不同學校所開設的不同課程,作學習反應的問 卷調查,分析結果,提出檢討與建議,以求永續改善教學方法、增進教學技巧,以提升教學 績效。本實證的結果顯現,兩種有關商業現代化課程的教學方法皆各有其優點與限制。傳統 教學法,可使學生於互動學習的環境氣氛中學習,教學的彈性較高,教學情意佳;而電腦輔 助教學法則可實現個別化教育,減少時空限制,教師可因材施教,便於評價。 |
英文摘要 | In 1991, the Government issued a porgram for the modernization of commerce in order to increase the service quality and improve the commercial environment. One of the alternatives is to train the commercial specialist in the college. This paper is aimed to evaluate the results from two methods: traditional approach and Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) approach, which were experimented in two different colleges. The questionnaires were surveyed through experimentation at those colleges. The result shows both advantage and disadvantage for each approach. In the traditional approach, it makes students learn new knowledge through interactions, with more flexibility and better atmosphere in the teaching. In the CAI approach, it makes students more individualized, and decreases the limitation of space. It also makes a teacher easy to assess the performance from teaching and it is more convenient to teach according to individual differences. |
