英文摘要 | Three dimensional turbulent flow patterns of single phase fluid is mechanically stirred vessels with multiple impellers were studied both experimentally and numerically. The comparisons between simulated and available experimental data are fairly good in each case. The effects of the upper impeller and baffle on the three dimensional flow pattern are discussed. The simulated results also imply that 3-D analysis is needed to understand the hydrodynamics of the fluid in the stirred vessels. |
