| 中文摘要 | 本研究針對所規劃之落花生分段式熱風乾燥方法進行試驗。首先將標準 含水率量測時間減半以簡化其測定程序。在不同乾燥溫度階段,探討花生仁與花 生殼之個別含水率變化對莢果含水率變化之影響;同時由種仁溫度之監測,得之 落花生種仁前段乾燥溫度上昇之現象。試驗結果可作為未來最佳分段式熱風乾燥 條件建立之依據。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this paper, the dual-temperature hot-air methods for peanuts drying were studied experimentally. The duration of the standard moisture content measurement was reduced to half,simplifying the measuring procedure. At the various steps of curing temperatures, the moisturecontents of kernel and shell were individually acquired to analyze their effect on the moisturecontent changes of the whole peanuts pod. The kernel temperature was also monitored duringthe drying process to reveal the drying features due to a temperature increase in the first drying step. The experimental results can be used to obtain the optimal conditions for the dualtemperature hot-air drying process. |
