| 英文摘要 | The dual-temperature hot-air methods based on the experimental studies were developed for peanut mechanical curing. The optimal curing temperature arrangement on the two-step drying process was obtained. The first step curing temperatures was 55 ℃ of 6 hours as the temperature of the peanut kernal was not heated over 52 ℃, and the second step curing temperature was 45 ℃ as the peanut was dried to the save store condition of the wet basis moisture content about 10%. The experimental results showed that the germination rate was not obviously influenced and the average moisture decreasing rate was increased to 1.67% per hour. |
