中文摘要 | 本研究以水氣耕法栽植溫室洋香瓜,探討冬季(十一月至二月)利用不同水氣耕液溫度(21、27、32℃)處理對葉片光合成率、呼吸率、葉綠素總含量、可溶性糖含量、葉面積生長量、果實生長量、根活性、生物量、果實大小及糖度之影響,結果顯示,三種供試品系之溫室洋香瓜,均以高液溫(32℃)處理株最高,低液溫(21℃)處理株最低,中液溫(27℃)處理株則介於兩者之間。此結果顯示,冬季栽植溫室洋香瓜需提高水耕液溫度,較有利於植株之生長。又果實糖度與液溫高低成正比,且高、低液溫處理間,果實糖度差異達統計上5%顯著水準,唯液溫對果實重量之影響較不明顯,此結果值得注意。由本研究獲知,液溫為冬季在自然光下栽植溫室洋香瓜時,決定植株上述諸生理作用及生長與果實產量之一重要因子,其影響程度似超過氣溫。 |
英文摘要 | Muskmelons were cultivated in the greenhouse from November to February with the technique of hyponica in three different water temperatures of medium, 32°C, 27°C, 21°C. The effect of the water temperature of medium on the leaf photosynthetic rate, the respiratory rate, the chlorophyll content, the soluble sugar content, the leaf area growth rate, the biomass, the size and the sweetness of fruits, and the root activities of three Muskmelon varieties, Asuka, Chung-Hsing No.1, and Taichung No.1, was investigated. Results indicted that all of the physiological characteristics under investigation, except for the fruit weight, are correlated with the water temperature of medium for all three varieties. For examples, plants growing at 32°C medium had the highest leaf photosynthetic rate and those at 21°C medium had the lowest one. However, the different temperatures of culture medium seems no obvious effect on the weight of fruits. Overall, this study implies that the water temperature of medium is a critical factor that influence the above physiological phenomena, growth, and fruit productivity of the greenhouse-growing muskmelon plants under natural sun light during winter time. We also propose that water temperature of medium has more profoud effect that air temperature on the Muskmelon plant cultivation. |
