中文摘要 | 本研究以水氣耕法栽植溫室洋香瓜,探討利用水氣耕液不同流量處理對葉片光合成率、呼吸率、葉綠素總含量、葉面積生長量、果實生長量、根活性、生物量、果實大小及糖度之影響作綜合性研究,所得結果為三種供試品系之溫室洋香瓜,其葉片光合成率、呼吸率及葉綠素總含量在兩種流量處理間之差異不明顯。但葉面積與果實生長量、根活性、生物量、果實大小及糖度則均以高流量處理區高於低流量處理區。此結果顯示,栽植溫室洋香瓜需提高水耕液流量,較有利於植株生長及提高果實之產量與品質。此結果可幫助在臺灣以水耕法栽培溫室洋香瓜,提供重要參考資料。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to elucidate the effects of various flow rates of culture medium on the leaf photosynthetic rate, the respiratory rate, chlorophyll contents, root activity, fruit growth rate and fruit qualities of muskmelon plants under Hyponica treatment. Results indicated that there are no differences among treated plants in photosynthetic rate, respiratory rate and chlorophyll contents by varied flow rates of culture medium. Whereas, high flow rate in culture medium enhanced the root activity, leaf and fruit growth rate, fruit quality and biomass of plant. Overall, this study suggest that the flow rate of culture medium is the important factor that influence the physiological characteristic and fruit productivity of the greenhouse-growing muskmelons. |
