中文摘要 | 本研究以水氣耕法栽植溫室洋香瓜,探討摘葉處理(結果節上方保留不同葉片數)對其葉片光合成率、呼吸率、葉綠素總量、可溶性糖含量、根部活性、果實生長量及果實品質之影響。結果顯示,三種供試品種,在不同程度摘葉處理株間之氣孔導度、光合成率、呼吸率、葉綠素總含量、葉片可溶性糖含量及根部活性差異雖不明顯,卻均高於對照株。果實生長量則隨所保留上位葉片(結果節上方)總面積之增加而增大。果實重量及糖度與上位葉片總葉面積大小呈正相關,相關係數各為0.664及0.831。由本研究獲知,摘葉處理對結果節上方葉片間光合成率等生理特性並無明顯影響,但所留葉片總葉面積大小,卻為水氣耕栽植溫室洋香瓜影響果重及糖度之一重要因子。據以本研究結果,在臺灣栽培溫室洋香瓜是否成功,結果節上方應留幾枚葉片為關鍵問題,而筆者認為應留約12枚葉片為宜。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to elucidate the effects of defoliation on the leaf photosynthetic rate, the respiratory rate, the total chlorophyll contents, the soluble sugar contents, root activity, fruit growth rate and fruit quality of muskmelon plants with Hyponica. Results indicated that differences in stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate, respiratory rate, total cholorophyll contents, soluble sugar contents and root acitivity were no significant by varied degree of defoliation among the treated plants. But the defoliation-treated plants were always higher than those of the control plants. The weight and brix of fruits were positively correlated to the total leaf area of the leaves above the fruit, and the coefficient value were .664 and 0.831, respectively. Therefore, to be successful n muskmelon cultivation in Taiwan, the number of leaves above the fruit is the major critical factor. According to our results we suggest the optimal leave number above the fruit should be 12. |
