中文摘要 | 決定土壤鉀有效性的測定方法甚多,何者較適用於作為本省土壤的鉀有效性指標,誠有待評估之。本文係針對七種土壤鉀測定法在作為評估本省土壤鉀有效性之適宜性進行研究。 選取鉀固定能力不同的大肚山洪積母質紅壤,中寮砂頁岩黃壤及善化砂頁岩石灰性新沖積土,分別添加四種用量的氯化鉀(0,50,150及250mg K/kg)。培育20天後,分別測得醋酸銨(NH₄OAc),Bray-1,Mehlich-I,Mehlich-III,AB-DTPA,沸騰硝酸等六種抽出性鉀,及溶液鉀濃度並與盆栽甘藍之鉀吸收量予以評估。結果顯示,在鉀固定能力甚強之善化土壤中,沸騰硝酸,中性醋酸銨,Mehlich-I,Bray-I,Mehlich-III及AB-DTPA等鉀有效性測定法皆能反映甘藍鉀吸收之量;其中以沸騰硝酸法與甘藍鉀吸收之相關性最高,且可反映非交換性鉀對甘藍鉀吸收之貢獻,唯非交換性鉀的釋放速率恐太慢而無法及時供應甘藍之吸收利用,故在兼顧“量”的衡量下,Mehlich-III應為最適切之鉀有效性測定方法。 |
英文摘要 | Several methods have been used to determine potassium (K) availability in soil, but their suitability need t e evaluated. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the suitability of seven methods in determining the K bioavailability in the agricultural soils of Taiwan. Three soils with different K fixing capacity were chosen in this study. Four rates of KCl (0, 50, 150 and 250 mg K/kg) were added with the soils. After 20-day incubatiooon, the K availability index were obtained by the NH₄OAc, Bray-1, Mehlich-I, Mehlich-III, AB-DTPA, boiling HNO₃ and Solution methods, and then correlated with the K uptake by cabbage grown in a pot experiment. The results showed that the boiling HNO₃, NH₄OAC, Mehlich I, Bray I, Mehlich III, and AB-DTPA methods all were suitable in determining K availability of Shan Wha soil which has strong K fixation capacity. Futhermore, the K concentration by the method of boiling HNO₃ had the best agreement with the K uptake by cabbage, but the relase rate of nonexchangeable K was too slow to provide enough K for cabbage absorption. Therefore, the Mehlich III was the most suitable method in determining K availability in the soils as the quantity of K was considered. |
