中文摘要 | 台灣河川均短促而湍急,每逢颱風季節,常因山洪挾帶大量砂石,造成 攔河壩受到嚴重沖蝕而需修補。本研究旨在探討含高飛灰量之鋼纖混凝土耐磨 性,採用較能模擬壩體受沖蝕作用現象之ASTMC1138混凝土耐磨試驗方法。試 驗結果顯示,在相同工作性下,混凝土耐磨性隨著飛灰取代量增加而變差,添加 鋼纖對耐磨性改善的效果,與飛灰取代量有密切關係,長纖的改善效果較短纖明 顯,此外,提高水泥用量也能改善混凝土耐磨性。 |
英文摘要 | Since all of rivers in Taiwan are short and steep, manydams are damaged by the abrasion erosion resulting from floodwith substrantial amounts of sand and gravel during typhoonseason. The purpose of this research is to investigate theresistance of high-volume fly ash concrete containing steelfiber to abrasion erosion. The testing procedure described byASTM C 1138, which can simulate the field erosion of hydraulicstructures, is adopted. The test results indicate as follaws:1. the abrasion resistance of concrete, based on same work-ability requirement, becomes worse with the increasing replacement percentage of cement by fly ash, 2. the effect ofsteel fiber on abrasion resistance is dependent on fly ashcontent in concrete, 3. steel fiber with high aspect ratioexhibits better improvenent, 4. the increase of cement contentcan result in higher resistance to abrasion erosion. |
