中文摘要 | 水輪機零組件由於運轉而出現沖蝕、穴蝕而必須作大量的修製服務,尤 其運轉條件較差的電廠其各部機件的檢修週期短,維修頻率高致影響發電效率與 零組件的壽命。 目前大多以焊接方法來作修護,然而卻有變形、焊件品質較難掌握及加工煩瑣等 問題,高速火焰熔射塗層應用於耐磨機件,在國外已有實用效果,故本研究乃利 用此一技術進行開發研究,以期改善零組件的抗沖蝕、穴蝕性能,HVOF熔射鎳 基自熔合金塗層於水輪零件表面,經過約3000小時運轉後,觀察發現,尾水管及 針閥之熔射層初步顯示具有抗穴蝕或沖蝕的效果,塗層的最終耐用年限,需再較 長時間的追蹤觀察。 |
英文摘要 | Hydraulic turbines in Taipower's hydraulic stations sufferserious erosion/cavitation problems caused by sanded water orhigh speed stream impingement. These problems affect servicelife and normal operation of components. Generally, worncomponents are repaired by welding process which gives nosignificant improvement. Taking the trend in coating processesand size of components, into account, HVOF process isconsidered the most feasible among spray coating processes. In this study, Ni based Self-fluxing alloys coutings hadbeen applied to the hydraulic turbine components, After about3000 running hours of field tests, the results showed that thecavitation or erosion resisten of the draft tubes and needlevalve had been inproved. However, it needs more time tomonitor the lifetime of coating. |
