| 中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討日糧中不同熱能含量對臺灣土雞腹脂蓄積量及腹脂細胞性狀 之影響。 供試雞隻係選用中興大學畜牧系育成之 B × DL �神~系臺灣土雞。試驗分四期 ( 0 ∼ 4,5 ∼ 8,9 ∼ 12 及 13 ∼ 16 週齡)分別進行試驗。每個試驗期別均採 3 ( 飼糧處理)× 2 (性別)複因子設計, 每處理 2 重複, 以每欄為一重複之試驗單位,含 12-16 雙雞,共計 12 欄,480 隻,公母各半。飼料及飲水任食。各試驗期間均含三種日糧 處理,以蛋白質含量固定而熱能含量不同,調配成 3 種試驗日糧。 試驗結果顯示,在腹脂 蓄積方面,於 4、8 週齡時,公、母土雞無顯著差異,但在 12 及 16 週齡間,母土雞顯著 大於公土雞( P<0.05 )。於試驗各期間,當飼糧中蛋白質含量固定時,則隨日糧中熱能含 量之提高而顯著增加雞隻腹脂之蓄積量( P<0.05 ),腹脂中總脂質含量則不受性別及熱能 含量之影響。在腹脂細胞直徑方面,於試驗各期間,各處理組之母土雞均大於公土雞,尤以 於 12 及 16 週齡均呈顯著差異。當日糧蛋白質含量固定,腹脂細胞直徑隨日糧熱能含量之 提高而增大,尤以於 4、8 及 12 週齡間呈顯著差異( P<0.05 )。且腹脂細胞之平均體積 均以母土雞較公土雞為大,且於 12 及 16 週齡時呈顯著差異( P<0.05 ),導致每單位重 量脂肪組織中之平均細胞數目,反而以公土雞高於母土雞。除 8 週齡外,腹脂細胞數均不 受性別與飼糧熱能含量之影響。 依本試驗結果顯示,提高飼糧中熱能含量對腹脂細胞之增大作用具有促進效果,而餵飼低熱 能之飼糧,對腹脂細胞之增大作用具有抑制性。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to investigate different dietary caloris level on the performance of abdominal adipose cell of Taiwan country chickens. Chickens of B × DL �� strain were bred by the Department of Animal Science of NCHU. Experiments were carried out at the different ages of 0 ∼ 4, 5 ∼ 8, 9 ∼ 12 and 12 ∼ 16 weeks. Three (dietary treatment) by two (sex) factorial design were used for the analysis of data. Each treatment had 2 repeats, one pen was a experiment unit of a repeat, having 12 ∼ 16 chickens counted. Totally 20 pens, and 480 chickens, 50% male and 50% female determined by sexing were used. Feed and water were given ad libitum. There were three different ratios in each stage, Three rations were protein contents fixed, and different level caloric contents. The results showed there were no significant difference between sexes in abdominal adipose accretion at 4、8 weeks old. Females significantly higher than the males (p<0.05) at 12 and 16 weeks old. In all stages, when dietary protein level was fixed, abdominal adipose accretion increased significantly along with dietary calorie content elevation. Total lipid content in abdominal adipose was not affected by sex and calorie content. Female chickens had higher diameter of abdominal adipocyte than male in all stages. Significant difference was observed at the ages of 12 and 16 weeks. When dietary protein level was fixed, diameter of abdominal adipocyte hypertrophy along with calorie content elevation, at the ages of 4、 8 and 12 weeks showed significant difference (p<0.05). Female were larger than males in mean volume of abdominal adipocyte, reaching a significant difference at 12 and 16 weeks old. Consequently, males were higher than females on mean adipocyte number of adipose tissue per weight unit. Total adipocyte count of abdominal adipose was not affected by sex or dietary calorie content. Results revealed that increase dietary calorie content had promotion effect on adipocyte hypertrophy, and fed low calorie content ration had inhibition effect. |
