中文摘要 | 本研究乃是探討在鑄造狀態下肥粒鐵基地球墨鑄鐵的球化率及所添加 之合金元素對其磁性之影響,以提昇肥粒鐵基地球墨鑄鐵作為工業用磁性材料之 可行性。實驗方法是將鑄造而得之球墨鑄鐵棒加工成外徑30mm、內徑18mm厚度 5.4mm之環狀試片後繞以線圈,再利用磁滯曲線量測設備與影像分析系統量得相 關參數。 研究結果顯示,肥粒鐵基地球墨鑄鐵中,若其球化率較佳,則其軟磁特性亦相對 的提升,矽元素的添加對肥粒鐵基地球墨鑄鐵的軟磁特性具有正面之影響,錳元 素則恰好相反,過多的錳元素會造成偏析而導致軟磁特性欠佳。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims at discussing the effect of nodularity and alloy elements on the magnetic properties of as-cast ferritic nodular cast iron, and to promote the feasibility offerritic nodular cast iron for applying as industrial magnetic materials. The nodular castir on bar was cut into ring sample with outside diameter 30mm, inside diameter 18mm, and thickness 5.4mm. After winding, setup of hysteresis loop measurement and image analysissystem were used to get the experimental data. The results of this experiment indicated that if the ferritic nodular cast iron with higernodularity, it would have better soft magnetic properties. The addition of silicon element was prompting the soft magnetic properties of ferritic nodular cast iron. But the addition of manganese element wasn't beneficial. Increasing the manganese content would causesegregation and lower the soft magnetic properties. |
