中文摘要 | 本文主要目地在探討鈉促進劑對鍛燒過的 Ni/Al �� O �凰眼C上的氧化鎳顆粒大 小的影響。研究的方法包括選擇不同的載體( Al �� O ��,MgO, SiO ��, TiO ��, ZrO �� )、含浸時的水量多寡、鈉促進劑的濃度、不同含浸過程和鍛燒溫度。本研究利用Lindberg 箱型鍛燒爐、熱重量分析儀( TGA )和 X-ray 繞射光譜儀( SRD )等儀器進行研究。TGA 結果顯示,完整的鍛燒以形成氧化鎳將必須於 773K 溫度下鍛燒一小時方能穫得。假如選擇 Al �� O �鬲偶�體可穫得較小的 NiO 和 Ni 顆粒。含浸時加水對於 NiO 的顆粒大小有些微 的影響。在鈉促進的 Ni/Al �� O �凰眼C中,較佳氧化鎳分散性的穫得是藉著鎳和鈉共含浸 。在鈉促進的 Ni/Al �� O �凰眼C中,穫得較小 NiO 顆粒的最適鈉濃度是 1wt% Na. |
英文摘要 | The effect of sodium promoter on the particle size of nickel oxide over calcined nickel-alumina catalysts has been investigated. The involved techniques are the choice of support (Al �� O ��, MgO, SiO ��, TiO ��, ZrO �� ), the water amount for impregnation the concentration of sodium, the impregnation process, and the calcination temperature. This study was carried out by using of a Lindberg box furnace, thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), and Xray diffractometer (XRD). The TGA result shows that the complete calcination to form nickel oxide will be attained within 1 hour at 773K. The smaller particle size of NiO and Ni is obtained if Al �� O �� is chosen as support. Adding water for impregnation exhibits a slight influence on the particle size of NiO. The better dispersion of nickel oxides over sodium promoted nickel-alumina catalysts is obtained by co-impregnation of nickel and sodium. The optimum concentration of sodium to gain smaller particle size of NiO over sodium promoted nickel-alumina catalysts is 1wt% Na. |
