中文摘要 | 本文將對介質振盪器之模擬與製作作一研究.高Q值之介質共振器在 此微波振盪電路設計中,除了作為被動元件並可穗定電路之頻率溫度飄移外,亦 可作為決定電路共振頻率之要素.介質振盪器之模擬分析可使其高頻電路設計變 得更為簡單容易,並獲知適當電路微調區間之所在.由實驗結果可知,依此模擬 設計方式可獲得高穩定性,低相位雜訊,無混波現象等良好特性之介質振盪器. |
英文摘要 | The simulation and implementation of a microwave dielectric resonatoroscillator (DRO) are studied. A dielectric resonator (DR) with high-Q valueput along by the side of a microstrip line in the oscillator design not onlyoffset the circuit's frequency-temperature drift but also acted as a frequencydetermination element. The methodology of the simulation makes the DROdesign work more easier to be done and an available tuning range for theDRO is achieved. Spurious oscillations of the designed microwave oscillatorare suppressed and a highly-stable, low phase noise signal are attained. |
