中文摘要 | 在傳統之微波通訓系統中,一些重要之元件皆以金屬導波管或共振腔製成,使得 系統之體積將過於龐大笨重。目前可用具高介電係數,高品質因數及良好溫度穩定性的陶瓷 ,取代金屬導波管或共振腔來製成微波元件。使用陶瓷最大之優點為能夠大幅降低通訊系統 之體積重量及成本外,更可因陶瓷之低插入損( insertion loss )及良好溫度穩定性及外 型輕巧, 而使行動通訊得以實現。 本文章所介紹之陶瓷濾波器是由數級 TEM mode 之 1/4 �a同軸型介電共振器組成,其相鄰兩共振器間的電磁波能量,則是利用適當的空氣孔隙來耦 合。至於雙工器則是利用兩個不同頻率的濾波器組合而成,分別使用於信號之接收端及發射 端。 |
英文摘要 | Traditional microwave communication systems were suffering from their huge size and weight since some of the key components were made of metallic waveguide or cavity. Instead of metallic waveguide or cavity, today's microwave devices can be made of ceramics with high dielectric constant, high Q value and good temperature stability. Major advantages are the tremendous reduction in the size, the weight, and the cost. In additions, ceramic filters provide low insertion loss, good temperature, stability and compact in size which have made the mobile communication possible. Ceramic filters introduced in this report comprise several stages of 1/4 �a coaxial dielectric resonators supporting the propagation of TEM mode. A proper air gap was constructed to couple the electromagnetic energy to next stage between every two neighboring resonators. Adjusting the length of the air gap cancontrol the frequency responses of the filters. The duplexer was mainly consisted of transmitting and receiving filters. |
