中文摘要 | 移動通訊系統(mobile communication system)需具備短小輕薄的特性。介電陶 瓷帶通濾波器不僅具有體積小、重量輕之特點,更擁有高溫度穩定性、高品質因素、低損失 、架構簡單及低成本之迷人優點,因此,在微波通訊之領域中,它已取代了傳統之濾波器, 佔有相當重要的地位。 本文探討一種非均質(inhomogeneous)介電帶通濾波器,此濾波器由數級四分之一波長 耦合線(coupled striplines)共振器所構成。兩共振器間經由部份不同介電質之材料(空 氣與陶瓷)達到耦合之效應,並不需使用額外的耦合元件。因為使用高介電係數、高Q值以及 低頻率溫度係數之材料,所以具有小型化、低散逸及高穩定性之優點,特別適用於UHF頻帶。 本研究發展此類型濾波器之理論分析及設計研製。 |
英文摘要 | Compact size and ruggedness are two important factors in the selection of bandpass filters for mobile communication system applications. Dielectric ceramic bandpass filters not only offten a size advantage in the UHF frequency range; they also have other characteristics that make them extremely attractive when compared to other technologies. An inhomogeneous-type coupled-striplines dielectric ceramic bandpass filter was investigated in this paper. The filter was composed of several stages of quarter-wavelength stripline resonators. The coupling between every two adjacent resonators is via an inhomogeneous dielectric part. Additional coupling capacitors is not used. The filter exhibits excellent features of low dissipation and relatively good temperature stability due to their high Q dielectric material and low temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (□). This paper describes an theoretical analysis and design for inhomogeneous-type coupled-striplines bandpass filters. |
