中文摘要 | 為解決農業就業人口比例偏高、農戶耕地面積過小導致之農業生產成本 過高、生產效率偏低之問題。行政院農業委員會於民國七十九年開始辦理農漁民 第二專長訓練計畫,期望參訓者藉此獲得一技之長而達到轉業之目的。該計畫預 定推動八年,目前已進入第四年,參訓學員逐年增加中。惟實施至今的成效如何, 除農委會曾經進行過工作檢討外,未有人對其作過深入的探討,因此引發本研究 的動機.嚐試自成人學習的觀點探討參與該訓練計畫學員之學習動機、教師的教 學型態、課程設計、學員的學習及學習成效之情況及其間的影響關係。 研究結果顯示學員的學習動機和教師的課程設計對學員的學習有顯著的影響;而 學員的學習動機和學習投入以及教師的教學型態和課程設計等均會對學習成效 有顯著影響。但該訓練計畫的參訓學員仍少具真正想轉業的動機,再加上教師在 教材方面較少針對學員的需要作調整,以及課程時間安排上的差強人意,雖然參 訓學員仍努力學習,但是達到轉業的成效並不理想。 基於以上的研究發現,因此建議政府在辦理以成人為對象的訓練計畫時,首先應 該掌握住動機與訓練目的一致的成員參與,且針對訓練目的提供適當的課程設 計,如果再輔以學習者導向的教學型態的話,則更能確保達到預期的訓練成效。 |
英文摘要 | In order to solve the problem of the high percentage of agricultural population. Councilof Agriculture(COA) tried to execute the project "The training project about the subsidiaryskill for farmers and fishermen" from 1990, and expected that participants would learn someskill and will be capable to change their job after all. It will be lasted to 1997. Excepting theworking report of COA, there didn't have any formal evaluation about the project. That wasthe reason why causing the motivation of this study. In briefly, this research tried to find outthe situation of learning motivation and learning of the participants, the teaching style andcurriculum design of the teachers and the learning effectiveness, also the casual relationshipamong those factors. Result of the research indicated that learning motivation and curriculam dessign had significant influence on learning of the participants. Learning of the participants had significantinfluence on learning effectiveness. There also existed the same relationship among learningmotivation ' teaching style and curriculum design to learning effectiveness. But because of justa few participants had motivation to change their jobs, also teachers rarely adjusted theirteaching style to participants' need and curriculum design did not satisfy all participants. Theeffectiveness was not as good as expected. Base on the finding of the study. It was suggested that it had better for the adult oriented training project to look for the participants having congruent motivation with trainingobjective and give the suitable curriculum design. If it is also emphasized the learner-orientedteaching style, than it can enduce greater effectiveness. |
