中文摘要 | YBa�浚u�記�f-x(Y123)的強度及韌性往往很差,本研究探討以添加銀的 方式,對Y123機械性質改進程度的影響。因為銀的存在可使液相產生,當銀的含 量很少時,即少於百分之十體積比時,此液相會聚集在銀顆粒的附近,而導致大 的孔洞的產生。故當銀的含量低時,Y123/Ag複合材料的密度及強度皆很低,但 韌性則因銀的塑性變形,而可使Y123的韌性增加。 |
英文摘要 | The strength and toughness of superconducting YBa��2Cu�記�f-x(Y123) compound is usually poor. The effect of silver inclusions on the mechanical propertiesof Y123 is investigated in the present study. The presence of silver inclusionsinduces a liquid phase for Y123 during sintering. The liquid phase is localizedaround the sliver inclusions as the silver amount is small, i.e., less than 10 vol.Large pores and dense domains are therefore formed. The density and the strengthof the composites are low due to the presence of large pores. The toughness ofY123 is nevertheless enhanced due to the plastic deformation of silver inclusions. |
