中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討纖維加強混凝土在預鑄構件接頭應用之可行性,將普通混凝土 接頭與各種不同纖維及材料參數下之纖維混凝土接頭剪力行為作比較。研究結果顯示纖維加 強混凝土所作成之預鑄接頭與普通混凝土接頭在剪力行為比較時,不但在初裂強度與極限強 度上有提升,尤其在破裂韌性上更是明顯地增加,有助於預鑄結構上之安全。另外本研究也 有一重大發現,那就是纖維長度之選取對預鑄接頭力學行為有重大之影響,過長之鋼纖維非 常不利於接頭強度與韌性,此與將鋼纖維混凝土應用於大體積之結構中(例如路面施工)有截 然不同之結果,施工時須特別注意。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is to study the possibility of using fiber reinforced cementitious composites in the connection of precast concrete members. A series of tests is set up to study the structural behaviour of connections by using various types of fiber reinforced cementitious composites, namely, the steel fiber reinforced concrete, glass fiber reinforced concrete and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete. Emphasis is placed on the study of the strength of crack initiation, ultimate strength, stiffness and ductility of connections by using fiber reinforced cementitious composites. The test results show that using these composites as connection materials can increase the ultimate strength and ductility of connection compared with those made of plain concrete. Another finding is that the addition of long fiber in the small region of connection will reduce the mechanical properties of connections, which is different from the fiber reinforced concrete used in the open and large region. Such a point should be taken into account during construction. |
