| 中文摘要 | 本文主要探討鋼材含碳量多寡對滲鋅處理條件及機械性質的影響。本實驗用的處理劑配方為:200網目92.5wt%Zn,5wt%SiO2,2.5wt%NH4Cl,將SUY、S10C, S20C、S30C、S40C、S50C、SK5,在360-400℃之溫度範圍,作不等時間的滲鋅處理。研討的項目包括:1. 鋼材中含碳量多寡,對滲鋅處理溫度、時間、被覆層厚度,相互間之影響關係。2. S45C滲鋅處理前後機械性質的差異;及滲鋅層厚度對機械性質的影響。3. 滲鋅、電鍍鋅及未處理試片耐蝕性之比較。 |
| 英文摘要 | Effect of carbon concentration in steel by zinc diffusion coating was studied in this research. The mixture of 92.5% Zn (200 mesh)+5%SiO2+2.5%NH4Cl by weight was used as our sherardizer. Steel included SUY、S10C、S20C、S30C、S40C、S50C and SK5 were treated at temperatures of 360~400°C for 1~8 hours. The following points were addressed : 1. the effect of carbon concentration in steel by sherardizing. 2. the relationship of the thickness of the diffusion layer, the temperature and the time. 3. the mechanical properties of S45C before and after sherardized. 4. the corrosion resistance of the sherardized layer. |
