中文摘要 | 本文主要研究鋼材含碳量多寡對粉體滲鋁之影響。將各種不同碳素的鋼材裝入滲鋁匣中,在900˚C恆溫下,作20~120min不等時間的處理,探討碳素含量對滲透厚度、機械性質、高溫耐蝕性及金相組織之影響。本實驗所使用的滲鋁劑為49wt %Al+49wtAl2O3 + 2wt %NH4Cl。 |
英文摘要 | Different carbon concentration steels were treated with aluminum by the pack cementation method. The mixture of Al (49wt%),"Al2O3 (49wt %) and NH4Cl (2wt%) was used as calorizer, where NH4Cl was used as catalyst, at temperature 900° C for 20~120 minutes. The effectiveness of carbon concentration, high temperature resistance, mechanical properties and microstructure of calorized steel are studied. |
