| 英文摘要 | Sherardization of S45C steel was studied in the present research. The mixture of 92.5 Zn (200 mesh) + 5 SiO2 + 2.5 Al2O3 by weight was used as our sheradizer. The diffusion zinc coating was done at temperatures of 360-410 deg C for 1-8 hours. The following points were addressed; 1. the relationship of the thickness of the diffusion layer, the temperature and the time. 2. the corrosion resistance of the sherardized layer. 3. the mechanical properties of the sherardized parts. |
