中文摘要 | 此研究之目的乃在於設定一組最佳驗收抽樣計劃於一個具有M階段之連續性生產過程,使得其於各階段之檢驗費用、耗損費用與其它相關費用之總和降至最低,以決定是否應設置檢驗站於某一生產階段。此研究假設該M階段連續性生產過程之所有過去檢驗資料均已知,且各檢驗站之檢驗員並非完美,換言之,檢驗員於檢驗時有可能做錯誤之判斷。運用動態規劃求解模式,我們可以求出一組最佳驗收抽樣計劃,使得各項費用之總和降至最低並且得到最佳之檢驗站設置地點。除此之外,最終產品之品質經由此最佳驗收抽樣計劃後亦能達到旣定水準。此研究之結果發現,若使用此最佳驗收抽樣計劃,其總成本將比百分之百最終檢驗或完全不檢驗更為低。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to design an optimal sampling inspection plan which minimizes the sum of inspection, scrap and related costs for an M stage serial production system, where the complete inspection history is known. A computational procedure based on the dynamic programming for determining minimum cost allocations of sampling inspection effort with inspection errors to satisfy the quality requirement is described in this paper. It is found that the inspection under the sampling inspection procedure would give a lower total costs than under the "all or none" inspection procedure. |
